3M 电气绝缘树脂260 是通用性的绿色、快速热固化的单组分双酚A型粉末环氧树脂。它为各种类型的底材提供持续的湿热稳定性、化学稳定性的绝缘涂层。
260电气绝缘树脂是通过熔融混合工艺生产的，这样就确保每一粉末颗粒都均匀的包含完全固化和达到预期性能的所有组分。
260树脂可以涂敷在冷的或已经加热的工件表面，一旦树脂与加热的被涂敷表面相接触，树脂即熔化、流平，然后固化，从而粘合在基材上，并凝聚成一层平滑、连续、基本上均匀的厚涂层。它能有效的涂敷平坦表面和隅角，并能提供良好的边缘覆盖率。3M 260的应用包括绝缘电机、绝缘母排、定子、环形铁芯。

使用
树脂涂敷前，被涂敷表面清洁、干燥、去油处理。260树脂的固化必须要在工件加热到超过树脂熔化温度后完成，树脂会熔化、流平，在受控范围内流动，然后固化，从而粘合在基质上，并凝聚成一层平滑、连续、基本上均匀的薄涂层。它能有效地涂覆平坦表面和隅角，并提供良好的边缘覆盖率。
下图给出的固化时间指南，以期得到良好的附着力、抗冲击及化学稳定性。

时间是不包括达到固化温度的所需的时间，使用者必须测定达到所需固化温度后的时间。
操作和安全事项
在使用前仔细阅读材料安全数据表和产品化学品标签的内容。
包装
当保存温度不超过27℃，并且保持原始包装，此产品的保质期是24个月。打开包装时要注意避免杂质的混入，当树脂取出后，应立即将袋口重新扎紧。这样会避免因湿度上升而结块。最好是将树脂存放在阴凉、干燥的地方。
